It's official! We're married!
The day came and went SO QUICKLY, just like everyone kept telling us. I'm grateful that everything went well. There were a few hiccups along the way and on the day of, but thankfully ,the day and night ended in peace. I was so happy how my dress came out in the end. I wanted something simple, but would still stand out. I originally went to Pronovias for a different dress that had sleeves, but in the end, fell in love with this one. A slim open-back mermaid .
Greg got his all-black suit custom made from Indichino, choosing every cut & print, down to the snake print on his vest.
The ceremony went smoothly, even though we were both so nervous and we were happy to see everyone we love there. We got married ouat Greg's childhood church in Texas City. It's a very massive and tall, beautiful church.
The venue we chose felt so perfect for our style, personality, and aesthetic. The venue was all-inclusive and that did worry me about the limited decor they had to use, but the venue owner was very accommodating and pulled off the perfect decor I was
envisioning. Our wedding theme was somewhat Classy Frankenstein and the Venue was Hobby Event Center.
Our wedding day was great and definitely unforgetabe. We are thankful for all those who came and celebrated with us. Special thanks to my parents for their help in being able to book the venue, the beautiful decorations, and flowers. Thank you to my aunts for the decorations and my bouquet. Thank you to Greg's parents for the possibility of getting our special day on video, as well as their yummy snacks. Thank you to my sister for planning my Bridal Shower and doing my Bridal makeup. Finally, thank you to our wedding party of Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, Flower Girl, and Ring Barer.
